Hello! I’m Leah Bush. I’m a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and corrective exercise specialist with a passion for Pilates.

I suffered with mystery aches and pains, lower back pain, constant shoulder and hip impingements, and joint instability for over a decade.

The Pilates Method gave me back my life.

I teach a fusion of classical Pilates, strength training, muscle reeducation, and mobility work to rewire the brain-body connection

    One-on-one and duo Pilates and personal training in your home. One hour blocks. Available in Service Area only (see footer).

  • Virtual

    Virtual training via Facetime or Zoom. Available anywhere. Half hour and hour session blocks available.
