My journey into movement coaching began from my own experience with chronic pain, and it’s been my mission to help others live pain-free and move with confidence.
I created the 3C Reset method to provide a sustainable, mindful approach to movement—one that focuses on realigning the body and reprogramming the mind for long-term vitality.
My Journey
Like many of my clients, I struggled with chronic pain for years.
I spent countless hours trying different fitness methods to strengthen my core, glutes, and back, but it wasn’t until I started focusing on embodiment, alignment, and core stability that I finally found lasting relief.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with active individuals and professionals who want to move more effectively, strengthen their bodies, and prevent pain from limiting their lives.
Through this, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it takes to move with intention, build strength sustainably, and maintain long-term vitality—key principles I’ve integrated into the 3C Reset method.
My Approach
The 3C Reset method is rooted in Pilates, but it’s also influenced by a variety of other modalities, including yoga, Tai Chi, calisthenics, and functional training.
This integration of different movement practices allows me to offer a more well-rounded approach to building strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Most of my workouts are low to moderate intensity, and I don't just rely on heavy weights to build strength.
Instead, the focus is on developing a controlled, mindful movement practice with thoughtful progressions that helps build long-lasting strength and prevent pain, all while promoting mental clarity and myofascial tensegrity.
This approach empowers you to move with ease, confidence, and resilience.
Why I Do This Work
I believe that true wellness goes beyond just physical fitness—it’s about feeling empowered, connected to your body, and moving without pain. My own struggles with chronic pain have shaped my approach to movement.
I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is to focus on mindful movement and body awareness, rather than quick fixes or pushing through discomfort.
This work isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about helping you create a sustainable, joyful relationship with your body, one that allows you to thrive in all areas of life.
I do this work because I want others to experience the same freedom I’ve found in moving with intention, confidence, and ease.

Qualifications
I am a Pilates Instructor and certified personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise, and I’ve spent years studying and refining the techniques that support sustainable, pain-free movement.
My approach is deeply rooted in Pilates, but I integrate a variety of other movement modalities like yoga, Tai Chi, calisthenics, and functional training to create a well-rounded, holistic method for my clients.
