FAQ
Getting Started
-
Once you sign up, you’ll immediately receive an email confirmation with your next steps. You’ll also receive a welcome packet that includes all the information you need to get started, including program details and what to expect.
Next, we’ll schedule your first session and, if applicable, a movement assessment to evaluate your body and identify areas of focus.
In addition, you’ll need to fill out an intake form before our first session. This form will ask for details about your exercise history, injury history, and lifestyle habits, as well as any goals or concerns you have.
The more information you provide, the better I can tailor our work together to meet your specific needs.
From there, we’ll begin working together to move beyond pain, build lasting strength, and create a sustainable movement practice that fits your life.
-
Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to my booking app, where you can create your account and manage your sessions.
You’ll be able to view my availability and book your sessions directly within my working hours.
The app also lets you track how many sessions you have left, message me about any scheduling changes, and stay on top of your plan.
I recommend booking in advance and setting a consistent schedule so you can reserve the times that work best for you.
You’ll receive automated appointment confirmations and reminders to keep things simple and stress-free.
-
You can start with whatever equipment you already have at home. We’ll focus on making the most of what you have, and I’ll guide you on how to use it effectively.
If you need additional tools, I’ll let you try out my equipment and then advise you on what to purchase based on your needs.
Additionally, you’ll need a minimum of 8 x 10 feet of clear space to move. Ideally, this would be a dedicated workout area to ensure you can move safely and effectively during our sessions.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions.
In-person sessions are available Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM EST, and are limited to clients located in Glen Head, Glen Cove, Sea Cliff, Locust Valley, Old Brookville, Upper Brookville, Muttontown, Oyster Bay, and Glenwood Landing.
Virtual sessions are also available during these same hours, with limited availability outside of that window at my discretion.
Each session is approximately 55 minutes, and designed to fit your needs—whether we’re working together in your home or online.
I do not travel after 2 PM or on weekends.
-
Once you sign up, we can schedule your first session right away! For in-person sessions, my working hours are 6 AM to 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday. I’ll work with you to find a time within those hours that fits your schedule.
For virtual sessions, I have flexibility and can schedule them outside of those hours, depending on availability and at my discretion.

Right now, I focus on 1:1 coaching to give each client the attention they need for real, lasting change.
I occasionally offer pop-up workshops and small-group sessions—especially for topics like core re-education, posture resets, and functional movement.
If you’re interested in group options, the best way to stay in the loop is to join my email list. You’ll be the first to know about new offerings—and you’ll also get instant access to free resources like my Test Yourself at Home guide, which helps you understand what your body needs and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

At this time, I don’t offer payment plans for the 3C Reset program.
Many clients choose to use a credit card to manage payments over time. Please note that a small processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.
Credit or debit card payments are accepted through my secure booking app, Pocketsuite. This allows for automated reminders, receipts, and easy session tracking.
Program & Method
-
To get the most out of the program, I recommend committing to 2 sessions per week to start.
Alongside this, it’s essential to develop a daily or near-daily movement practice to enhance your progress and build lasting strength and mobility.
I will provide "homework" after each session, which includes exercises and activities to continue your progress between sessions.
Your commitment to these practices will greatly increase your odds of success and help you achieve long-term, sustainable results.

While the 3C Reset method is rooted in Pilates, it’s much more than just a Pilates program.
It integrates principles from Pilates, yoga, calisthenics, somatics, and functional movement training to create a comprehensive approach to pain relief, strength, and mobility.
The focus is on mindful movement, body awareness, and long-term results, not just specific Pilates exercises.
If you're familiar with Pilates, you'll find many familiar principles, but the method is designed to address the whole body and mind for lasting change.
-
You can expect to notice improvements within 3-4 weeks of starting the program, including less pain, better mobility, and more strength.
Long-term changes will continue as you follow the 3C Reset method and build consistent habits over time.
-
The 3C Reset program focuses on increasing body awareness and control, building strength, mobility, and injury prevention.
If you have a medical condition or injury, I recommend speaking with your doctor first.
I also encourage open communication about any limitations or concerns so we can adjust the program to suit your needs.

Absolutely. My work often complements ongoing care with medical providers like PTs, Osteopaths, and Chiropractors. Many of my clients come to me during or after rehab to bridge the gap between treatment and full-body integration. If you’ve finished physical therapy but still feel unstable, disconnected, or limited in your movement, this is where my method shines.
I specialize in helping you build true strength, control, and coordination—not just in isolated muscles, but throughout the whole system. Whether we’re reinforcing the work of your practitioner or expanding into next-level performance and resilience, I’m here to support your long-term recovery and optimization with intention, depth, and care.
Why I Created the 3C Reset
I created the 3C Reset after years of navigating pain, burnout, and feeling disconnected from my own body—despite doing “all the right things.”
What I realized is that most fitness and rehab programs skip the essentials: Concentration, Connection, and Control.
These 3 Cs aren’t just principles—they’re the missing links that turn movement into healing, and effort into transformation.
